About us
Provisions is a thoughtfully curated, all-day neighbourhood cafe with two locations — one in the heart of Whistler Village, and the other newly opened in Kitsilano, as of May 2025. Both cafes serve as community hubs offering handcrafted coffee, fresh-baked pastries, and seasonal breakfast and lunch dishes made with care.
In Whistler, we set out to fill a gap — a cafe offering high-quality, approachable dining for those heading to or coming off the mountain. In Kits, we’re embracing the rhythm of the neighbourhood, bringing the same core identity established in Whistler: locally sourced ingredients, warm hospitality, and casual elegance.
Whether you’re fuelling up for the slopes or picking up breakfast to enjoy by the beach, Provisions offers everything you need for the day — from made-to-order breakfast sandwiches and fresh juice to curated coffee and grab-and-go retail. It’s a space to pause, savour the moment, and feel right at home — wherever you are.
Our Journey
Provisions opened its doors in Whistler Village in 2023, inspired by the idea that even a casual cafe could offer the same thoughtfulness and quality found in fine dining — just in a more relaxed, everyday format. Backed by the expertise and hospitality ethos of the Toptable Group, we set out to create a space where locals and visitors could enjoy handcrafted coffee, fresh pastries, and seasonal breakfast and lunch dishes, all made in-house.
From the beginning, our Whistler team focused on community: building partnerships with local farmers, supporting nearby events, and becoming a natural stop for mountain-goers and residents alike. It quickly became clear that the heart of Provisions — a commitment to quality, service, and connection — resonated deeply.
In May 2025, we brought that same energy to Kits, Vancouver with the opening of our second location. Steps from the beach, Provisions Kits builds on the Whistler foundation while embracing the coastal character of its new neighbourhood.
As part of the Toptable Group, our journey is grounded in a long-standing tradition of excellence in hospitality. But what makes Provisions unique is how we bring that legacy into the everyday — through service, food, and neighbourhood connection.
